Eligibility

• Only size exchange is allowed

• Item must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging

• Receipt or proof of purchase required

Return Conditions

• Return request must be made within 02 days of receiving your order

• Return delivery charges: PKR 200 (customer pays)

• Unapproved returns will not be accepted

How to Request a Return

• Return address: City tower, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Lahore, Pakistan

• If approved, we will share a return shipping label and complete instructions

Damages & Issues

• Your item arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

Exchanges

• Return the item first

• Once approved, place a new order for the correct size

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return

• Approved refunds take up to 10 business days to appear in your account
